Position Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our nursing team. The CNA provides direct resident care under the supervision of a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN), ensuring residents receive quality care in accordance with Florida regulations and facility policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
- Monitor and record vital signs, weight, intake and output
- Provide mobility assistance, including transfers and ambulation
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
- Respond promptly to resident call lights and requests
- Observe and report changes in residents’ physical or mental condition to nursing staff
- Document care provided accurately and timely in electronic health records
- Promote residents’ rights, dignity, and independence
- Follow infection control and safety procedures in compliance with Florida Department of Health guidelines
Qualifications
- Active Florida CNA license in good standing with the Florida Board of Nursing
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
Work Schedule
- Part Time
- 8-hour

Pay: Up to $17.00 per hour
