This is a face-to-face field sales position helping families secure life insurance coverage. This is not a work-from-home or call-center role.
We are looking for motivated individuals who want more out of life than a traditional 9–5 job.
Our team helps families protect their financial future through life insurance while giving agents the opportunity to build a high-income career with flexible scheduling and strong mentorship.
Many of the people on our team came from jobs in warehouses, restaurants, construction, and retail before transitioning into financial services.
No prior insurance experience is required. We provide training, mentorship, and a proven system to help you succeed.

Responsibilities
- Meet with clients to review life insurance options
- Help families choose the right coverage for their needs
- Follow a proven sales process and training system
- Build relationships with clients and maintain communication
Requirements
- Strong work ethic
- Good communication skills
- Coachable attitude
- Ability to obtain a Life Insurance License (we guide you through the process)
- Must submit a resume when applying
Compensation
$75,000 – $150,000+ per year (commission + bonuses)
Top producers earn significantly more.
