Skilled Handyman / Field Technician

Responsibilities
- Interior and exterior painting
- Drywall repair and finishing
- Flooring installation and repairs (LVP, laminate, tile)
- Carpentry and trim work
- Door installation and repairs
- Fixture installation
- Basic electrical work (switches, outlets, fixtures, fans)
- Basic plumbing work (faucets, toilets, fixture replacement)
- Demolition and rebuild projects
- Jobsite setup, protection, and cleanup
- Material pickup and transportation
- Customer interaction and communication
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
- Basic hand tools preferred
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Preferred Experience
Experience in one or more of the following:
- Painting
- Drywall finishing
- Flooring installation
- Carpentry
- Tile
- Electrical
- Plumbing
- Remodeling or handyman services
Compensation
- $20–$29 per hour based on skill level and experience
- Monthly performance bonus opportunities
