Occupational Therapist Responsibilities

Provide occupational therapy services to students based on their individual needs
-
Develop and implement appropriate treatment plans and interventions
-
Support students in improving functional, fine motor, sensory, and classroom-related skills
-
Collaborate with teachers, families, and other school-based professionals
-
Complete required documentation and progress reports
-
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student goals as needed
Qualifications

Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy

Current California OT licensure or eligibility
-
Experience working with children is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply

Strong communication and collaboration skills
-
Ability to work effectively as part of a school-based team
