Position Overview
We're looking for a bilingual (Spanish & English) communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You’ll play a key role in helping commercial truck drivers get back on the road quickly and safely.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately locate vehicle breakdowns across the U.S. and Canada using digital mapping tools
- Communicate clearly and professionally in both Spanish and English via phone and email
- Coordinate with drivers, fleet dispatchers, and tire vendors to arrange timely tire replacements
- Follow detailed customer profiles to ensure accurate service and product fulfillment
- Enter critical service information into our system in real-time during calls
What You Bring
- Full fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
- Minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with sharp attention to detail
- At least 1–2 years of customer service experience
- Ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment
- Confident navigation of online tools and mapping applications
- A personal computer and reliable high-speed internet (cable or fiber) that meet our tech requirements
