Schedule
Full-time | Night Shift
6:00 PM - 6:00 AM | 3 shifts per week

Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs

Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, mobility, toileting, meals)

Turn and reposition residents to ensure comfort and safety

Monitor and document food/fluid intake and output as needed

Observe and report changes in condition to the nursing team

Active CNA certification (Utah)
