We are seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist to join our growing team! You will implement protocols created along with our surgeons for physical rehabilitative programs to improve patient quality of life.
Keys to Success in this Role:
- Identify and meet patients’ goals and needs.
- Offer cost-effective treatments that help improve clients’ motion and mobility.
- Develop and implement therapy programs that focus on rehabilitation.
- Work directly with patients to achieve maximum physical recovery.
- Evaluate effects of therapy treatment and communicate patients' progress.
- Record and document patient care services
- Collaborate with other team personnel to achieve well-rounded care.
Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy License
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology
- Proficient in medical terminology and patient care
- Experience in discharge planning and developing care plans
- Familiarity with acute care settings, pediatrics, and geriatrics
- Background in home health, outpatient, and inpatient therapy
- Skills in orthopedics
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
