Prepare fresh sushi daily inside a grocery store while maintaining high food quality and food safety standards. Typical production is about 50 sushi packages by 11:00 AM, followed by approximately 20 more in the afternoon on most days. Looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Sushi Chef who can work independently. W-2 position, 5 days per week. Previous sushi-making experience is required, and FujiSan experience is a plus. Competitive pay based on experience.
