The Opportunity:
We're looking for a highly competent, organized and confident Business Operations Manager to join our growing startup. You will make a meaningful impact in shaping the future of the company. You work closely with leadership and gain exposure to nearly every aspect of the company..
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all user engagement, including recruitment, onboarding, and compliance.
- Troubleshoot app and wearable device issues and collaborate with the development team to identify, document, and resolve technical issues.
- Test new app features and provide feedback to support product development.
- Oversee billing, payroll, and day-to-day financial and logistical operations
- Coordinate device inventory, shipping, and logistics.
- Take ownership of additional operational tasks and special projects as business needs evolve.
About Zeeva:
Zeeva is a revolutionary, AI-powered healthtech platform that uses physiological signals (e.g. heart rate variability) to create real-time anxiety management.
Anxiety is one of the most pervasive health challenges of our time, yet traditional interventions often fall short of providing real-time, personalized support. Zeeva is changing that. Combining clinically grounded relaxation training with biofeedback and an early warning alert signal, Zeeva empowers users to understand, track, and intercept stress before it takes over.
We have the clinical foundation, the scientific vision, and the early product architecture in place. We are developing the operational/marketing engine to bring Zeeva to the world.
