What you will have an opportunity to do:

Process and maintain accounts receivable transactions accurately and timely.

Prepare, review, and distribute invoices, statements, and supporting documentation for guests, groups, corporate accounts, travel agencies, wholesalers, and other business partners.

Post payments, adjustments, credits, and other receivable transactions to the appropriate accounts.

Monitor outstanding balances and conduct regular follow-up on past-due accounts.

Reconcile accounts receivable balances and investigate discrepancies.
-
Review guest folios, group master accounts, and supporting documentation to ensure accurate billing.

Coordinate with Front Office, Sales, Catering, and other departments to resolve billing issues.

Maintain accurate records of collections, correspondence, and account activity.

Assist with month-end closing activities, including reconciliations and aging reports.

Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by management.
What are we looking for?

Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Previous accounts receivable, accounting, or hospitality experience preferred.

Resort or hotel accounting experience is highly desirable.

Knowledge of accounting principles and accounts receivable procedures.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Experience with hotel PMS, accounting, or financial systems preferred.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Ability to handle confidential financial information professionally
