Our Story
Bad Ass Coffee of Hawaii was born on the Big Island of Hawaii in 1989 with the dream of sharing American-grown, premium Hawaiian coffee from Kauai, Oahu, Maui, Moloka’i and Ka’u with coffee lovers everywhere.
In addition to coffee with a kick, we serve popular blended drinks, teas, food, and branded merchandise. We’re committed to sharing the warm hospitality of the Aloha Spirit by creating a space where every customer can relax, enjoy themselves and fuel their inner badass.
Responsibilities:
- Create the Aloha spirit with every customer interaction
- Produce Bad Ass beverages with speed and accuracy
- Cleaning and upkeep in the shop
- Cash handling
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role in the food service or coffee industry is preferred, but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Knowledge of Toast POS system or similar point-of-sale is a plus
- Available and punctual.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills.
- A great attitude
- Willingness to work within a team atmosphere

Pay: $12.00 - $17.00 per hour
