We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Hostess to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and customer service, as well as a strong knowledge of food and beverage service. The successful candidate will be responsible for Greeting, seating and possibly delivering food and drinks to customers, while providing excellent customer service. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to grow their career in the hospitality industry.
Responsibilities:
- Greet, seat and occasionally serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide customers with accurate information about menu items and specials.
- Ensure that all orders are accurate and served in a timely manner.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and kitchen.
- Handle customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently.
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
