Join Our Growing Therapy Team!
Due to continued growth and the expansion of our Therapy Department, Felician Village is seeking compassionate and motivated Physical Therapists (PTs) to join our rehabilitation team. We currently have Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN openings available.
For more than 135 years, Felician Village has provided exceptional care and services to seniors throughout Manitowoc County and beyond. As a premier life plan community, we offer a full continuum of care including independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing, rehabilitation services, and home-based support programs.

- Full-Time, Part-time and PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
- Full-Time, Part-time and PRN Speech Language Pathologist
- Clerical Support Staff

What You'll Do
- Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide evidence-based interventions to improve strength, balance, mobility, endurance, and functional independence.
- Assess and recommend adaptive equipment and mobility devices.
- Educate residents, families, and caregivers regarding treatment plans and home exercise programs.
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team members to achieve optimal resident outcomes.
- Complete timely and accurate documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards.
- Participate in care conferences, discharge planning, and team meetings.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MPT, or equivalent).
- Current Wisconsin Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
- Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
- Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills.
- Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care experience preferred but not required.
- Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered care.
