South Jersey Buckets – Operations & Business Intern
Are you looking to gain real-world experience in sports management, business operations, and leadership? South Jersey Buckets is looking for a motivated and organized Operations & Business Intern to join our team.
This internship offers hands-on experience in the day-to-day operations of one of the fastest-growing youth basketball organizations in the region. You’ll work directly with our leadership team and play a key role behind the scenes, helping keep our programs running smoothly.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with administrative and organizational tasks
- Coordinating team schedules, practices, and events
- Communicating with coaches, families, and staff
- Helping manage calendars and program logistics
- Assisting with marketing, social media, and promotional initiatives
- Supporting tournaments, camps, clinics, and special events
- Contributing to business operations and helping implement new ideas to continue growing the Buckets brand
