Join our team as a Golf Attendant where you will help our golf operations and guest experience! Duties
- Greet and assist guests with tee times, equipment rentals, and retail purchases to ensure a seamless experience.
- Oversee daily golf course operations, including cart management, course maintenance coordination, and safety protocols.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, and maintain records of sales and stock levels.
- Help with the organization and hosting of special events such as tournaments, clinics, or themed outings to boost guest engagement.
- Provide exceptional guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving conflicts promptly, and ensuring all visitors feel valued.
- Supervise staff members and volunteers during busy periods or special events to maintain smooth operations.
- Enforce safety standards on the course and in the shop while promoting a fun yet responsible environment.
Skills
- Background in customer service with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
- Experience in events management, organizing tournaments or social gatherings at a resort or recreational setting.
- Excellent conflict management skills to handle guest concerns or disputes professionally and positively.
- Cash handling expertise ensuring accurate transactions and record keeping.
- Experience working with children in recreational or educational settings to engage young guests effectively.
