Micrologic is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our most strategic client implementations and enterprise initiatives. This role is responsible for overseeing complex, high-impact projects from initiation through successful completion while ensuring exceptional client experiences, operational excellence, and cross-functional alignment. The Senior Project Manager serves as a trusted advisor to both clients and internal leadership, proactively identifying risks, driving accountability, mentoring project managers, and continuously improving project management processes.
Essential Job Functions
- Lead large-scale, strategic implementation projects involving software, hardware, integrations, and multi-site deployments.
- Own the complete project lifecycle from discovery through post-implementation stabilization.
- Serve as the executive point of contact for enterprise customers throughout implementations.
- Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, milestones, dependencies, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Facilitate executive-level project meetings with internal leadership and customer stakeholders.
- Drive accountability across multiple departments including Development, Hardware, Client Success, Support, Operations, and Field Services.
- Anticipate project risks and develop mitigation strategies before issues impact delivery.
- Manage project scope while ensuring appropriate change management procedures are followed.
- Monitor project health through KPIs, milestone tracking, resource planning, and risk assessments.
- Escalate project concerns with recommended solutions and clear business impact.
- Balance multiple high-priority projects while maintaining exceptional organization and attention to detail.
- Partner with leadership to improve implementation methodologies, documentation, project governance, and operational efficiencies.
- Mentor and provide guidance to Project Managers, sharing best practices and supporting professional development.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer onboarding, implementation workflows, and internal collaboration.
- Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders.
- Ensure project documentation, communication, and reporting remain accurate and current.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Demonstrate professionalism, sound judgment, and proper business etiquette.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by Management.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- PMP Certification preferred.
- 5+ years of Project Management experience.
- 2+ years managing enterprise or multi-site implementations preferred.
- Experience in SaaS, software implementation, or technology environments preferred.
