Job Details: Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Corrections - Night Shift
Location: Dillwyn, VA
Setting: Prison
Pay Range: $1200-$1350 per week
Schedule: 12-hour nights, 36-hours per week, every other weekend, holidays as required
Contract Length: 13 week contract
Candidate Type: Local or travel candidates
Requirements: Minimum one year of LPN experience. Corrections experience is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Provide practical nursing care and support within a corrections environment.
- Administer routine nursing interventions and assist with ongoing patient care needs during the night shift.
- Monitor patient condition, document care provided, and communicate changes to the appropriate clinical staff.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support safe, effective care delivery in a secure setting.
- Follow facility policies and procedures to maintain a safe, compliant care environment.
