Position: Product Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers who visit the showroom or sales department.
- Maintain a contact management database and promptly respond to internet, email, and phone inquiries.
- Provide information about our vehicles and assist customers in finding the perfect match.
- Foster positive relationships with clients and ensure their satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- A people person with a commitment to excellent customer service.
- Interest in the automotive industry (knowledge of cars, trucks, and motorized vehicles is beneficial).
- Previous automotive sales experience or familiarity with Toyota vehicles is a plus (but we’re willing to train motivated applicants).
