Low resident to CNA ratio, 2 aides per hall during PM shift, and strong DON & ADON to help, along with a dedicated Executive Director and Nursing Team.

Position Summary:
- Monitor patient’s condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care.
- Provide nursing care in a caring and compassionate manner.
- Collaborate with physicians and other nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients.
- Perform routine vitals procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections etc.) and recording/ updating patients’ charts.
- Adjust and administer patient’s medication and provide treatments according to physician’s orders.
- Promptly communicate any significant changes in behavior or conditions to supervisor.
- Make routine rounds on assigned residents in accordance with established procedures.
- Must be comfortable doing occasional lifting or transferring of residents.
- Effective communication, customer facing, and interpersonal skills needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
