iParkSimple is a growing parking technology company that helps businesses, churches, apartments, hotels, offices, and property owners better manage their parking facilities. We are looking for a dependable Office Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for customers and visitors while helping keep our office organized and running smoothly.
Position Summary
The Office Coordinator serves as the front desk receptionist and primary administrative support for the office. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who is organized, professional, customer-service focused, and comfortable working independently in a small business environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Answer and direct incoming phone calls and greet visitors professionally.
· Monitor and respond to general office emails and customer inquiries.
· Receive, sort, scan, and distribute incoming mail and packages.
· Maintain an organized reception area, office, and filing system.
· Prepare, copy, scan, and file documents.
· Order and restock office supplies and maintain inventory.
· Coordinate FedEx, UPS, USPS, bank deposits, and other local errands.
· Provide basic administrative support, including data entry and document preparation.
· Assist with scheduling meetings and preparing meeting materials.
· Support customer service by resolving basic parking questions and escalating issues when necessary.
· Assist with onboarding paperwork for new employees.
· Perform additional administrative duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
· Previous receptionist, administrative assistant, office support, or customer service experience preferred.
· Excellent communication and customer service skills.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Comfortable answering phones throughout the day.
· Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and basic computer systems.
· Quick to learn new software and technology.
· Able to prioritize work and multitask with minimal supervision.
· Professional, dependable, and punctual.
Working Conditions
This is a full-time, in-person position working Monday through Friday. The role routinely uses computers, phones, printers, copiers, and other standard office equipment and may occasionally lift or move office supplies up to 25 pounds.
