We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and service-oriented Director of Operations & Client Experience to join our growing luxury wardrobe advisory firm in Eau Claire, Wisconsin.

As the operational leader of the business, you’ll oversee day-to-day operations, client communication, scheduling, project management, event coordination, and administrative functions while ensuring every detail is executed with excellence.

Responsibilities
- Manage client communication, scheduling, appointment confirmations, and follow-up.
- Coordinate client deliveries, pickups, fittings, and alterations from start to finish.
- Maintain accurate client records, wardrobe inventories, and order history.
- Invoice clients, process payments, and oversee accounts payable.
- Enter and manage orders across multiple vendor platforms.
- Coordinate shipping, receiving, inventory management, and quality control.
- Manage vendor communication, order tracking, and production follow-up.
- Oversee company email communications and administrative correspondence.
- Plan and execute client appreciation events, community events, golf outings, and networking opportunities.
- Coordinate travel schedules, logistics, and itineraries.
- Lead special projects and ensure deadlines are met across multiple initiatives.
- Build, document, and continually improve operational systems and workflows.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, organization, and the overall client experience.
- Work directly alongside the founder to support business growth, scalability, and expansion into additional markets.
- Take ownership of day-to-day operations, proactively solve problems, and ensure every detail is executed with excellence.
- Deliver a luxury, hospitality-driven client experience that reflects the J. Bradley brand at every touchpoint.

- Proficiency with computers and technology, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (CRM experience is a plus)

- Positive attitude with a willingness to take ownership and continuously improve processes
Preferred Experience
While not required, experience in one or more of the following is beneficial:
- Executive or administrative support
- Operations or office management
- Client experience, hospitality, or customer service
- Project management
- Event planning and coordination
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, communications, hospitality, or a related field (preferred but not required)
Pay: $48,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
