Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Equipment Operator to join our team. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of heavy equipment to complete construction and excavation projects. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.
Duties:
- Operate and maintain heavy equipment such as MiniX, loaders, trencher, graders, and Bucket Truck
- Perform excavation, digging, grading, and leveling tasks as required
- Safely load and unload materials using equipment
- Follow project plans and specifications to ensure accurate and efficient work
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time
Qualifications:
- Proven experience operating heavy equipment such as MiniX, loaders, trencher, backhoes, graders, and bucket truck
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record
- Strong knowledge of equipment operation and maintenance procedures
- Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness
- Physical stamina to withstand long hours of outdoor work in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
