An established, financially strong home services company in Connecticut is expanding into pressure washing and soft washing, and we're looking for an experienced operator to help lead that growth.
We're not a startup. We bring a large, loyal existing customer base, a dedicated marketing team, full HR/payroll support, and an operations team that handles scheduling and customer escalations — the infrastructure that most independent operators in this trade never get to have.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has hands-on experience running or working in a power washing, soft washing, or related exterior services business
- May have their own equipment (we're open to purchasing equipment as part of an onboarding package)
- Has the knowledge and drive to grow a division, with the opportunity to train and lead additional technicians as the division scales
- Wants the backing of an established company's systems and support instead of carrying all the overhead alone
We offer a path to lead this division with incentives tied to growth, including opportunities tied to training future technicians.
