Beacon Hill is seeking an Associate Program Manager to support the planning, coordination, and execution of complex programs from launch through completion. This role partners with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Sales, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, and Purchasing to help ensure program goals, timelines, and business objectives are achieved. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to develop program management and leadership skills in a fast-paced environment.

Assist with planning and coordinating activities required for successful program launches

Support development of program budgets, business plans, and financial performance scenarios

Help maintain program timelines, milestones, and open issue tracking systems

Monitor project progress and assist with roadblock identification, resolution, and escalation

Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
-
Assist with customer communications and status reporting as directed by leadership
-
Support creation and maintenance of program health metrics, dashboards, and performance reporting

Participate in new business pursuits through business case development, risk analysis, and strategic planning

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and information security requirements

Support information security practices and proper handling of confidential business information

Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)

Project management and scheduling tools

Program reporting and data analysis platforms

Issue tracking and workflow management systems

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field required

Spanish and/or Japanese language skills are highly preferred
