Position Summary
We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our Miami office. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with distributors, resellers, system integrators, and strategic partners throughout North America and Latin America.
The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish), passionate about technology, and enjoys working in a fast-paced international environment.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with distributors, VARs, and strategic partners.
- Present 3nStar's products and solutions to prospective customers.
- Coordinate with the sales and product teams to support customer requirements.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on business opportunities.
- Attend trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events.
- Maintain accurate records and sales activities in the CRM.
- Achieve quarterly sales and business development objectives.
Requirements
- Native or professional-level proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, or Channel Sales.
- Experience in one or more of the following industries:
- Point of Sale (POS)
- Automatic Identification & Data Capture (AIDC)
- Retail Technology
- IT Hardware
- Hospitality Technology
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Highly organized and self-motivated.
- Strong customer-oriented mindset.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing relationships with distributors, VARs, or retail technology partners.
- Experience selling hardware solutions.
- Experience working in multicultural and international environments.
