Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst specializing in IBOR and Trade Lifecycle processes. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive critical financial data projects, enhance trade processing systems, and optimize data analytics within a fast-paced, innovative environment. As a key contributor, you will analyze complex trade workflows, develop insightful dashboards, and collaborate across teams to improve operational efficiency and compliance. Your expertise will empower stakeholders with accurate, timely data insights that support strategic decision-making and regulatory adherence.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for IBOR and investment management platforms.
- Collaborate with Front Office, Middle Office, Operations, Compliance, and Technology teams.
- Analyze end-to-end trade lifecycle events across multiple asset classes.
- Create Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories, and process flows.
- Support implementation and enhancement of IBOR systems and data platforms.
- Conduct gap analysis between current and future-state processes.
- Participate in UAT planning, execution, defect management, and sign-off.
- Work with data teams to validate positions, cash balances, P&L, and security master data.
- Support reconciliation processes between IBOR, ABOR, custodians, and external systems.
- Assist in regulatory and reporting initiatives.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and provide status updates to project management
