EXPERIENCED SALES CONSULTANTS ONLY
- We are hiring 2 proven Automotive Sales Consultants.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of RECENT automotive sales experience (no exceptions)
- Track record of performance and closing ability
- Driven, competitive, and money-motivated
If you haven’t sold cars recently, this is not the position for you.
COMPENSATION – BUILT FOR TOP EARNERS
This is one of the most aggressive pay plans in Ohio.
✔ 35% Commission on ALL Deals (New & Used)
USED CAR BONUS PROGRAM (UNCAPPED)
Earn your commission PLUS:
- $1,500 Gross → +$100
- $2,000 Gross → +$150
- $2,500 Gross → +$200
- Continues upward with NO CAP
NEW CAR PAY PLAN (STRONG FOCUS)
*** Earn 35% of commissionable gross PLUS bonuses:
- $600+ Gross → +$100
- $1,500 → +$150
- $2,000 → +$200
- $2,500 → +$250
- No cap
*** $500 MINI ON NEW VEHICLES
Even if there is no gross, you still get paid:
➡ $500 minimum commission on every new vehicle

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Greet and engage customers
- Identify needs and present vehicle options
- Perform walkarounds and test drives
- Structure and close deals with management
- Maintain strong follow-up and communication
- Deliver a high-level customer experience
WHAT YOU NEED
- Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
- Ability to pass drug screening
- Professional appearance
- Strong communication and closing skills
- 2+ years recent dealership experience REQUIRED
