Pay Options
Option 1 – Guaranteed:
- $2,000/week per driver for up to 6,000 miles
- $0.80/mile (team split) for all miles above 6,000
Option 2 – CPM (Split):
- $0.70/mile (split) – All miles paid
- 6,000 miles = $2,100, 6,500 miles = $2,275, 7,000 miles = $2,450
Bonuses & Incentives:
- Sign-On Bonus: $1,000
- Holiday Bonuses: Up to $2,000
- Clean DOT Bonus: $100 / $300 / $500
- Referral Bonus: $500 per team
- Stay-on-the-road rate: $2,200 after 6 weeks / $2,300 after 10 weeks
- Breakdown Pay: $100/day + hotel

- 2023–2026 Freightliner Cascadias (Automatic, Fridge, Microwave, Inverter, Bypass)
- No touch freight – mostly drop & hook
- 24/7 dispatch support & fuel cards
- Weekly direct deposit (1099)
- Paid orientation (½ day)

Schedule & Home Time
- 4 weeks on the road, 5 days home
Requirements
- CDL A License
- 21 years or older
- Minimum 6 months OTR experience
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Basic English required
- Clean MVR and work history
- Must bring your own GPS
- Out-of-state drivers must fly to Orlando, FL for parking test, orientation & truck pickup (50% travel reimbursement after starting)
Deductions
- Occupational Insurance: $36/week
- Escrow: $1,000 (deducted $250 for 4 weeks, refunded with 2-week notice)
