Davians is hiring Grill Cooks for our corporate dining location in Waukesha, WI. If you love working the grill, prepping fresh ingredients, and creating food people look forward to, this role is a good fit. What You'll Do
- Prepare Menu Items — Cook grill items, hot entrées, sides, and made‑to‑order dishes following standardized recipes.
- Operate Kitchen Equipment — Use grills, ovens, fryers, slicers, and other production equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain Inventory — Track stock, rotate items, and ensure everything is labeled and stored properly.
- Support Daily Production — Assist with prep, ordering, and completing production records.
- Maintain Kitchen Standards — Follow safe food handling, sanitation, and cleaning procedures for all workstations, coolers, freezers, and storage areas.
What You Bring
- 1–3 years of food service or grill experience preferred
- Ability to work Monday - Friday, 6am - 2:30pm
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs
- Excellent attention to detail and consistency
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
- Team‑focused mindset with flexibility to adapt to changing needs
- ServSafe Certification (preferred or able to obtain)
