Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common spaces
- Execute specialized tasks such as floor care, carpet cleaning, laundry, and sanitation to ensure maximum cleanliness and hygiene
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness by dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing surfaces with precision and care
- Manage household chores like organizing clutter, tidying up rooms, and handling light housekeeping duties such as changing linens and washing dishes
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally with clients, understanding their specific needs, and ensuring their satisfaction
- Follow safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures to promote a safe working environment for yourself and residents
- Use janitorial and custodial equipment effectively, including vacuums, steam cleaners, mops, and cleaning solutions
Experience
- Previous experience in residential cleaning or janitorial roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated applicants
- Familiarity with hotel housekeeping management or commercial cleaning enhances your ability to deliver top-tier service
- Skills in cooking or household organization are a plus but not essential; a willingness to learn is key
- Experience with floor care techniques such as buffing or polishing adds value to your application
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients are highly desirable
- Prior custodial experience or hotel housekeeping background demonstrates reliability and attention to detail
Requirements
✅ Must have your own cleaning supplies and equipment (including a vacuum, mop, broom, sprays, etc.)
✅ Must have reliable transportation to travel to job sites
✅ At least 1 year of cleaning experience (residential, hotel, or commercial)
✅ Dependable, professional, and detail-oriented
✅ Physically able to lift 25 lbs and complete standard cleaning tasks
✅ Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
✅ Must have Certificate of Insurance
