Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Snack Shop Manager to lead our vibrant snack shop operations. Duties
- Supervise daily snack shop operations, including food preparation, cooking, and serving to ensure quick and efficient service.
- Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to optimize profitability.
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate cash handling, sales processing, and reporting.
- Train and develop staff on food safety protocols, customer service excellence, and operational procedures to foster a high-performing team.
- Oversee shift management by scheduling staff, coordinating breaks, and ensuring smooth transitions during busy hours.
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in compliance with health regulations through regular inspections.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive experience that encourages repeat business.
Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and managing quick service or fast food restaurant environments.
- Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transaction processing.
- Excellent inventory control skills with the ability to manage food production and minimize waste effectively.
- Demonstrated leadership in supervising staff, conducting training sessions, and developing team members’ skills.
- Background in restaurant management or hospitality management with experience in shift management and budgeting.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating welcoming atmospheres for diverse guests.
- Familiarity with food safety standards, food handling procedures, and kitchen management practices.
