We focus on high-quality acrylic bath and shower systems and have built a strong reputation for craftsmanship, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
We’re looking for an experienced Installation Manager to lead and coordinate our installation operations in the Toms River area. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with a strong construction background who can manage teams, ensure quality work, and deliver an excellent customer experience from start to finish.

Oversee and schedule all bath and shower installations

Lead installation crews and ensure high-quality workmanship

Review customer contracts and coordinate product orders

Manage inventory, materials, and vendor relationships

Ensure customer satisfaction and follow up after installations

Support crews with on-site issues and service calls

Handle permits, documentation, and CRM updates

Monitor job costs and identify improvement opportunities

Hire, train, and coach installation team members

Manage installation schedules, time-off requests, and job timelines

Maintain accurate records (timesheets, receipts, job completion)

5+ years of experience in construction or installation

Experience with acrylic bath systems preferred

Plumbing knowledge strongly preferred

Proven leadership and team management skills

Strong attention to quality and customer service

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
