Key Responsibilities

Greeting guests promptly and warmly to make them feel welcome.

Taking food and beverage orders accurately and entering them into the POS system.

Delivering food and drinks quickly while ensuring accuracy and presentation.

Anticipating guest needs and providing attentive, friendly service.

Upselling menu items, specials, and signature pizzas or pastas.

Handling payments and processing transactions accurately.

Working closely with bussers, hosts, and kitchen staff to keep service flowing.

Maintaining a clean, organized section and assisting with side work.
Requirements

Friendly, outgoing, and guest-focused attitude.

Strong multitasking skills with attention to detail.

Team player with excellent communication skills.

Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment.

Previous serving experience preferred, but not required—we’ll train the right person.

Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in Illinois.
