General Glass is looking for an AP-AR Accountant to join our team who is able to maintain a clean and accurate record keeping system! Canidates with strong accounting/finance background has potential for advancement.

Role and Responsibilities
· Posting financial transactions into Intuit QuickBooks
· Reconciling and balancing accounts
· Account Payables
· Invoice and payment system management
· Printing and preparing payments to be mailed
· Account Receivables including collections
· Manage daily deposits
· Filing
· Problem Solving
· All other assigned duties
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Account/Bookkeeping Experience: Accounting/bookkeeping experience in an office setting preferred
Required education: High School Diploma, prefer candidates with a college degree or other certification, knowledge of accounting principles.
Preferred Skills
Proficient in Excel and Word, Ability to prioritize tasks, and maintain a clean accurate record-keeping system, Organization skills, Self-directed and detail oriented, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, high degree of accuracy,
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $34.00 per hour
