Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Supply Chain Manager to lead our procurement, logistics, and inventory management efforts. In this vital role, you will oversee the end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring timely delivery of materials, optimizing inventory levels, and fostering strong relationships with suppliers. Your leadership will drive efficiency, reduce costs, and support our mission to deliver top-tier engineered solutions worldwide.
Duties
- The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the entire supply chain process, from procurement of raw materials, delivery of finished products and aftermarket parts.
- This role involves developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance
- Create, update, and maintain supply chain processes to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to vendor performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Implement inventory control strategies to minimize stockouts, reduce carrying costs, and optimize inventory levels
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to forecast material needs and schedule deliveries accordingly.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimization within the supply chain, implementing effective solutions
- Develop and enhance processes in Material Requirements Planning (MRP) as required
- Inspires and drives results through others, actively seeking opportunities to coach, mentor, and improve team members
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree, associate’s degree, or relevant experience in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in supply chain management within ETO industrial products or manufacturing facilities is required and is a must for this role.
- Previous leadership experience is mandatory.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Power Point, Word, Excel) with general knowledge of database utilization.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and transforming supply chain operations, preferably at a managerial level.
- Expertise in implementation, improvement, and management of the S&OP process with a proven high-business impact track record.
- Financial competence.
- Good knowledge of local MRP or ERP, NetSuite preferred.
- Demonstrates a strong drive for results and enjoys being actively present and engaged within the organization.
