Responsibilities:
- Consult with prospective clients to assess their health insurance needs and budget, recommend appropriate coverage options, and guide them through the application and enrollment process with accuracy and confidence. (ACA & Medicare)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and local business partners to strengthen trust and encourage long-term loyalty.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining a high standard of client care.
- Identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities
- Assist members in navigating and resolving concerns
- Maintain accuracy and adherence to all regulatory requirements and stay current on industry updates, carrier product offerings, compliance guidelines and licensing requirements.
Requirements:
- Active Health Insurance License in the State of Wisconsin (Required)
- Proven track record in sales, preferably within the health insurance sector.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
- A genuine passion for helping people find the right health coverage.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail and able to manage multiple client relationships effectively.
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule.
- Proficient in Google Work Space, Microsoft 365 and CRM.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive Base Salary: $45,000 – $60,000 (based on experience and qualifications)
Total Earning Potential: $55,000 – $75,000+ with commissions and performance incentives
