Position Overview
This is a hands-on position that plays an important role in keeping our construction projects organized and moving forward. The ideal candidate is hardworking, dependable, physically capable, and enjoys a variety of tasks rather than sitting behind a desk.

Responsibilities
- Load excess construction materials and debris into a trailer
- Haul materials to the landfill or recycling facility
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and free of trash
- Assist with material deliveries and organization
- Move and stage materials as needed
- Perform light construction labor and miscellaneous job site tasks
- Pick up supplies from local vendors when needed
- Help ensure each job site reflects our high standards of cleanliness and professionalism
- Assist project managers and superintendents with various daily tasks
Qualifications
- Valid Arizona driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to safely tow a trailer
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
- Construction experience is helpful but not required
- Experience operating basic hand and power tools is a plus
