Senior Helpers of Northeast Wisconsin is currently seeking compassionate and dependable caregivers to join our growing team in the Weyauwega area. With day, evening, and overnight opportunities available, we offer flexible scheduling designed to fit your lifestyle while providing rewarding work that makes a real difference.
As a caregiver, you'll provide personalized one-on-one support that helps seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. Every shift offers the opportunity to build meaningful relationships while providing companionship, reassurance, and peace of mind to clients and their families.
Whether you're experienced in caregiving or just beginning your journey in home care, we provide paid training, mentorship, and ongoing support to help you feel confident and successful from day one.

Caregiver Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and meaningful conversation
- Assist with personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
- Support client independence, safety, and dignity at home
- Observe and communicate changes in client condition
- Build trusted one-on-one relationships with clients and families
- Help seniors maintain their quality of life while remaining in the comfort of their homes
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance required
- Ability to pass a background check
- Previous caregiving experience is welcomed but not required — paid training provided
