Responsibilities
Monday- If you have to work or train at each home adjust your schedule
1. 12-8 shift Go to all group homes with your environments check sheet.
a. (Broken furniture, grass needs cutting, trees growing out of roof, carpet needs cleaning, floors need replacing, etc)
b. Make sure you are checking the refrigerator, water, and freezer temperature at every home.
c. Complete the form and make sure your managers are aware of their expectations.
d. Check for groceries with all the houses. If groceries are needed, make sure you contact the managers on missing items.
Tuesday- Friday If you have to work or train at each home adjust your schedule
1. 12-8 Shift Check all of your critical incidents and work orders. If work orders need to be completed contact the maintenance personnel for each location. Make sure all work orders are completed in the same week.
2. When critical incidents happen, all staff should understand how to submit a critical incident.
3. Making sure each house you supervisor understands how to complete notes, MAR documentation and HRST tracking.
4. If notes or tracking are missed, you will complete a corrective action plan and send it to the employee WITH A SIGNATURE
a. All corrective action plans are signed and submitted to Devin. No exceptions
5. Every shift you are looking at the dress code, household duties, and making sure individuals are being treated fairly and notes are completed.
Daily
1. CHECK YOUR EMAILS
2. You should check on all of your individuals.
3. You should look at their hygiene.
4. Contact Administration if their hair needs cutting
5. Contact Administration if their clothes are torn or shoes are dirty.
6. You should always make sure they are looking appropriate and representing HOPE at all times.
7. Report to Director of Residential ongoing issues, if any, so you all can teamwork for a solution.
8. Environments should always be clean at all times.
Pay: $18.00 per hour
