Qualifications:
- Valid PA RN or LPN license.
- Ability to work one weekend a month.
- Previous experience as an LPN in a skilled nursing facility or similar healthcare setting preferred.
Description:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and managing medical equipment.
- Assess and evaluate resident needs.
- Document accurate and thorough medical records.
- Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and the healthcare team to provide updates, address concerns, and coordinate care.
