We are currently seeking an experienced Housekeeper for a part-time, in-person role based in Nashville, TN. This position will support a high-profile household and requires a thorough, detail-oriented professional who knows how to maintain a high net worth home with care, discretion, and a low profile. This is an exciting opportunity with strong potential to grow into a full-time role as the household expands.

Regular Tasks for This Role (includes but is not limited to):
- Morning kitchen cleanup including washing breakfast dishes, loading and unloading the dishwasher, and handwashing any delicate items
- Wiping down counters and resetting the kitchen each morning
- Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming kitchen floors daily
- Keeping kitchen counters clear and maintaining overall kitchen organization
- Picking up and straightening common areas throughout the home daily
- Making beds daily including ensuring mattress toppers are aligned and sheets, pillows, and bedding are neatly arranged
- Daily laundry including personal laundry, towels, sheets, common area items, gym towels, cold plunge towels, kitchen towels, and guest bedding — approximately 2 loads per day
- Proper care of specialty and delicate fabrics including hanging items to dry as needed
- Ensuring fresh bathroom towels are available daily
- Deep cleaning on a rotating daily schedule, focusing on one room per day
- Maintaining organization and tidiness of all regularly used spaces
- Filling and maintaining the humidifier daily and sanitizing it weekly
- Appliance management including changing refrigerator filters, cleaning the washing machine and dishwasher, and monitoring for mold
- Keeping the refrigerator clean and communicating with household staff regarding inventory and stocking needs
- Keeping the gym area tidy, stocked with towels, and sanitized
- Daily litter box maintenance for household cat
- Assisting with receiving packages and breaking down and disposing of boxes
- Preparing a simple breakfast in the morning as needed
- Occasionally assisting with childcare in the morning as needed, including assisting with getting ready for school and preparing breakfast
- Working collaboratively with other members of the household staff to ensure smooth daily household flow
- Communicating proactively with the principal or household staff regarding maintenance issues and household concerns
- Maintaining discretion and confidentiality regarding all household matters, guests, and family activities
Skills / Experience / Education
- Prior experience working in a high net worth home or large estate is required
- Knowledge of specialty fabrics, delicate materials, and proper fabric care is required
- Experience with luxury cleaning products and specialty surface care is required
- Thorough and detail oriented with a strong eye for cleanliness and organization
- Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Able to read a room and intuit when privacy is needed
- Genuinely enjoys being of service
- Legal authorization to work in the US is required
- Valid driver's license is required
- Clean driving record is required
- Must be willing to complete a background check
- Must be able to pass a drug test
Schedule
- Part-time, approximately 25–30 hours per week
- Monday–Friday
- Schedule may adjust based on household needs
- Strong potential to grow into a full-time role as the household expands
Compensation
- $35–$50 per hour depending on experience
Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour
