Miles Of Smiles – Experienced Drivers Needed to Deliver Ice Cream
Goldstar and Company is looking for dependable, experienced box truck transportation and product delivery professionals to join our Charlotte area team. This full-time 1099 independent contractor opportunity supports daytime store-to-store delivery of leading ice cream brands. We have beautiful new trucks!

Role Overview
As an independent contractor, you will operate an assigned company box truck, deliver product to scheduled retail locations, stock freezers, rotate inventory, and provide friendly, professional service to store staff. Work begins at 7:00 a.m., and daytime routes are assigned after training is complete.
We provide the truck, route, product, maintenance, and fuel so you can focus on completing deliveries safely, accurately, and efficiently.
Required Qualifications
· Minimum of 2-3 years of product delivery experience, preferably servicing convenience stores or small to medium retail stores. General retail store experience or related store management experience is very helpful.
· iPhone with unlimited data required.
· Spotless driving record required, with no at-fault accidents, tickets, infractions, or reduced speeding tickets within the past four to five years.
· Must be physically fit and able to move quickly on your feet throughout the route.
Training and Compensation
Paid training typically takes 1 to 3 days and is paid at $100 per training day. Starting pay is $18.00 per hour, with the opportunity to move to commission pay after approximately 2 to 3 weeks of delivery experience; average weekly pay is typically $800 to $1,200 or more.
Key Responsibilities
· Execute assigned route activities and complete scheduled deliveries.
· Load and unload orders from the truck.
· Service scheduled store locations by delivering product, filling freezers, rotating inventory, reporting issues, collecting payments for non-charge accounts, and obtaining store signatures using provided technology.
· Manage inventory and follow route procedures accurately.
After training is complete, you will be assigned a specific route in or around Charlotte so you can settle into a consistent delivery area.
Schedule and Work Arrangement
Job type: Full-time 1099 independent contractor.
Expected hours: 40 to 45+ hours per week. Some Saturdays may be required during the summer if all route stops are not completed during the week.
