HHA/CNA - Part-Time
ASZ Caring Hearts Home Health Agency is hiring compassionate and dependable HHAs and CNAs for two part-time cases in Tradition and St. Lucie West, Port St. Lucie, Florida.
Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
Case 1 - Tradition
Provide total-care support for a 27-year-old client with cerebral palsy and developmental delays. The client uses a wheelchair and requires assistance with lifting, transfers, and activities of daily living.
Schedule:
- Tuesday: 3:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m.
- Wednesday: 10:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
- Thursday: 3:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m.
- Saturday: 11:00 a.m.-7:30 p.m.
- Approximately 23.5 hours per week
Case 2 - St. Lucie West
Provide care for a 46-year-old male with developmental delays.
Schedule:
- 18 hours per week
- Three days per week
- Specific days and hours will be discussed with qualified applicants
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Provide personal and total-care support
- Assist with safe lifting, transfers, and wheelchair mobility
- Follow each client's care plan and safety procedures
- Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment
- Complete and submit required documentation and timesheets
Requirements
- Current HHA or CNA credentials
- Level 2 background screening
- Local police background report
- HIPAA and Direct Care Core Competencies completed through Train Florida
- Current Social Security card and valid work identification
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to perform the lifting and transfer duties required for the assigned case
- Dependability, patience, and compassion when supporting people with disabilities
