Uses Homecare Home Base EMR and OASIS documentation — experience with both required

Minimum 2 years of PT experience required

Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred

Active Hawaii state PT license required — license required if applicable

BLS (AHA) and CPR certifications required
