About the Role
As a Senior Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will serve as a key technical expert responsible for the reliability and performance of our precision manufacturing equipment. You will play a critical role in minimizing downtime by proactively maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing both CNC and manual machinery to ensure seamless production operations.
Responsibilities-
Execute preventative maintenance schedules to maximize equipment uptime and operational efficiency.

Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic system failures.

Lead the installation, calibration, and relocation of industrial machinery to support facility growth.

Interpret intricate blueprints, electrical schematics, and wiring diagrams to perform accurate repairs.

Utilize precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers to ensure equipment meets strict tolerance standards.

Uphold a culture of safety by strictly adhering to Lock Out/Tag Out protocols and identifying potential hazards.

Maintain comprehensive documentation of maintenance activities to track equipment health and performance trends.
Qualifications-
3+ years of professional experience in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing environment.

Demonstrated expertise in troubleshooting and repairing CNC and manual machine tools.

Proven ability to diagnose and fix hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical circuits.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical blueprints and schematics.

Experience using precision diagnostic and measuring equipment.

Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing, and working in varied industrial conditions.

High School Diploma, GED, or relevant trade school certification.

Experience maintaining building systems, including HVAC and general facility infrastructure.
