ROLE:
The Park Hyatt Chicago is looking for a Cook 3 to join our dynamic kitchen team at NoMI, one of Chicago's premier dining destinations.
As a Cook 3, you will be responsible for working single stations in the kitchen, requiring minimal supervision and training. You should have a professional understanding of cooking ingredients, techniques, and plating. Ideal candidates will also possess strong communication skills, a solid culinary background, and experience in fine-dining or luxury settings.
WAGE INFORMATION:
The hourly rate for this position is $27.33. This position is also eligible to earn overtime and premium pay under certain circumstance.
