Required Skills & Experience
Mandatory
- 10+ years of experience in ERP implementations
- Hands-on experience in cutover planning and execution for Oracle Fusion / large ERP programs
o Data migration cycles
o Integration and testing phases (CRP, SIT, UAT)
- Proven experience managing complex, multi-workstream dependencies
- Strong leadership in high-pressure go-live environments

- Experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud (Finance, Oracle Field Services, HCM, Projects)
- Exposure to construction / EPC industry programs
• Experience in multi-vendor ecosystems and large transformation programs•
Salary Range: $120,000- $140,000 a year
