Job Overview-Cold Tex Refrigeration (CTR) is hiring a Preventative Maintenance (PM) Technician to perform scheduled PM work on commercial refrigeration, HVAC, and ventilation systems.
This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants steady work, solid training, and a clear path into a full service technician role.
What You’ll Do
- PMs on walk-ins, reach-ins, ice machines
- PMs on rooftop HVAC units and ventilation systems
- Clean coils, filters, drains, belts
- Inspect equipment and document findings
- Complete photos and paperwork same day
- Communicate with dispatch and customers
Requirements
- EPA 608 Certification (Required)
- Trade school graduate or ~1 year field experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Able to work on rooftops and ladders
- Reliable, punctual, and coachable
