Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Audit Manager to lead and manage audit engagements for our diverse portfolio of clients. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with regulations, enhancing financial reporting, and providing strategic guidance to our clients. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, a deep understanding of auditing standards, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities

Lead audit engagements from planning to completion while managing the audit team.

Review and evaluate financial statements for accuracy and compliance with GAAP and IFRS standards.

Identify and assess risks, and develop effective audit strategies to mitigate those risks.

Provide meaningful insights and recommendations to clients based on audit findings.

Maintain strong relationships with clients and serve as their primary point of contact during audits.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless audit process and integration of findings.

Stay current with auditing regulations and industry trends to ensure compliance and best practices.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is required.

Minimum of 4 years of experience in audit, with a preference for experience in public accounting.

Strong knowledge of audit methodologies, procedures, and standards.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Demonstrated ability to lead and manage audit teams effectively.
