Qualifications
- Must hold a valid license as a Licensed Massage Therapist in accordance with state regulations and maintain a current CAMTC certification.
- Experience: A minimum of five (2) years of professional massage therapy experience, with at least 1 years in a luxury spa, hotel, or resort setting, is essential.
- Provide Exceptional Service: Deliver high-quality, professional massage and body treatments in accordance with the spa's high standards.
- Maintain Spa Standards: Ensure a clean, safe, and immaculately organized treatment space, strictly adhering to all hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards.
- Professionalism & Discretion: Uphold the highest levels of professionalism, discretion, and a calm, welcoming demeanor, building strong client loyalty through exceptional service.
- Team Collaboration: Work harmoniously with front desk staff, estheticians, and management to ensure a seamless and elevated guest experience.
